the appointment of Edward R. Gubish,
Jr., Ph.D. as President of the

Dr. Gubish will spearhead all aspects

Dr. Gubish was at Entremed, Inc.
for nine years, with the last two
serving as President and Chief Operating

among the Maryland-based Biotech
industry. Before this business leadership
position, Gubish served as Senior
Director of Regulatory Affairs for
both IVAX and Fujisawa, USA. In addition,
to these commercial leadership positions,
Dr. Gubish served in the public sector
with the National Institute for Allergy
and Infectious Diseases and the Food
and Drug Administration (FDA).
