MedSolutions - Division Overview

MedSolutions Networks provides medical image backup/recovery and archival services for healthcare providers via its Medical Image Exchange System (MIES).

MIES provides image management, archival, exchange, and backup/restore for any type of DICOM image, including DICOM-RT, DICOM-RT-STRUCT, and DICOM-RT-DOSE. The solution is currently deployed at multiple cancer treatment facilities to provide access to any medical images within minutes of capture. Facilities can capture images at one location and share them across facilities to allow treatment planning and administration at other facilities. The system is also being used for radiological outsourcing and second opinion.
